As a therapist, I understand how difficult it can be to make the decision to reach out for support. It is my goal to meet each individual with empathy, compassion, and without judgment. I want to help you establish realistic goals and incorporate different techniques to help you achieve them. I will meet you where you are in your therapeutic journey, provide support, guidance, and help you recognize as well as build your strengths. Change can be scary but having someone to help you work through it can help eliminate those fears.
Experience: I am a licensed professional counselor working with individuals, couples, and families throughout Monmouth County, New Jersey. I have experience in school-based, crisis evaluation, in-home, outpatient, and private practice working with a wide range of mental health needs with client’s of all ages and backgrounds.

I am a licensed clinician in the state of New Jersey. As I provide telehealth counseling, I am able to provide counseling to all clients throughout the state of New Jersey including but not limited to Bergen County, Morris County, and Middlesex County.
