Processing and balance. That’s what you have come here for. I believe that in order for someone to have a healthy balance in their lives, they have to be willing to process their experiences, triggers and emotions in a healthy way.

It may be that you have experienced trauma and because of this, you are now experiencing depression, anger and anxiety. It may be the case you are having difficulty sleeping and struggling to know what a healthy relationship really means or if you are worthy. Hint: you are! You are now in a space you are trying to find a healthy way to process your trauma and maybe you have never spoken about it to anyone. That is what this space is for.

Therapy together is a conversation. I am client centered in my approach and respect that you can make your own decisions. I am not here to “fix” you. You can expect me to be real, honest, and raw with you. You can also expect a lot of compassion, empathy, and homework to best support you. The transformation I have helped people to achieve (because the clients did the work) give them the ability to recognize triggers for what they are and cope with them with healthy behavior while also processing them. And I hope and plan to do the same for you.

I specialize in working with clients through their trauma. I also specialize in working with the LGBTQIA community and am experienced in writing the letter needed for Trans and Non-Binary clients to receiving their gender affirming care and surgery.

I am a licensed Mental Health Clinician in New York and am certified to facilitate telehealth sessions in Florida. I specialize in working with clients through their trauma. I provide support throughout New York State via telehealth support including but not limited to Albany, Buffalo, Suffolk County, and Westchester County.

I have worked for the mental health community for over 5 years. My career started with working for marginalized groups of people who need help as they are living with severe mental health diagnosis, personality disorders, substance abuse disorders, etc. I am dedicated to helping women process their trauma: whatever trauma might mean for them.
