I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am licensed in New York and provide support via telehealth to all of New York state including Buffalo, Mount Vernon, and College Point.

I use approaches that help people feel in control of their sessions and treatment while also allowing them to know I am here as a lending hand for them.
I graduated from Brown University with a BA in Psychology and Sociology and from Columbia University School for Social Work with an MSW in the area of Health, Mental Health and Disabilities. I am also a Certified Holistic Health Coach having received training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and certification through American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
