You’re tired of managing anxiety alone

More often than not, that anxiety feeling you have is one that you have been trying to navigate on your own.

You’ve read the anxiety quotes friends have sent you or you’ve seen floating the internet.

It’s becoming too overwhelming for you because you just don’t know what coping skill to use, what workbook to follow, or what podcast to download (insert stress emoji face here!). Oh goodness, just the thought of it is tiring enough.

Can stress make you sick?

Yup! But we can’t sit here and just pin point for you what type of physical signs and symptoms you will see that will make you sick. Because this is different for everyone. We encourage you to take note of when you are feeling sick and if there seems to be a pattern of this happening.

Will anxiety cause stress effects on the body?

When we don’t choose a time to rest, our body chooses it for us. Burn out: it’s not just for the tires on your car. It’s real. And it happens when we become so anxious that our body does not know how to react other than to, well: burn out. Your muscles start to ache, pain in your joints, and overall grogginess in your body. It takes a toll.

Can stress cause fever?

Not just hot flashes here. Actual fever. Short answer: yup! Long answer: this happens because your body is not knowing how to react when it goes into overdrive. More times than not, when you have a fever, you are caused to slow down. That is what the stress and anxiety is telling you to do do: slow it down. This is so much easier said than done. So we are here to help support you in learning ways to do this.
